Your ITAA independence rules create a gap. We fill it.

As a certified Belgian accountant, you cannot prepare the valuation for your own clients (onafhankelijkheid). evalua prepares the IC evidence dossier. You review, advise, and coordinate sign-off with an independent ITAA colleague. Your client stays with you. The analysis work is done.

How the three-party model works

Under ITAA independence rules, a certified accountant who has an ongoing client relationship cannot independently value that client's company. This is not a limitation — it is a structural opportunity.

evalua acts as IC preparateur: we map the company's business value drivers, normalise the financials, and produce a structured IC evidence dossier. Your role: review the work, advise your client, and coordinate with an independent certified accountant for sign-off.

Your client gets a defensible valuation. You deepen the relationship. evalua does the preparation work. The independent accountant provides professional sign-off.

Trust

  • Methodology: IAS 38 · IFRS 3 · IFRS 13 — International standards only; your review is based on publicly documented frameworks.
  • IC preparateur — not valuator. evalua does not issue a waarderingsverslag. Final professional judgment and sign-off remains with the ITAA/IBR accountant you coordinate.
  • Designed around ITAA deontologie. The three-party model respects independence rules. Preparatory IC analysis is a non-regulated preparatory activity.
  • Full transparency in every dossier. Every IC evidence dossier includes complete documentation of assumptions, normalisation steps, and value driver evidence.
